Full-Immersion Nutrition Workshop · Roatán, Honduras

Your workshop has a private bay all to itself.

Before you land in Honduras, wander through Hotel Roatán Media Luna Resort — the garden cabanas, the reef-fed lagoon, the table where we'll gather — one stop at a time.

01 Where you'll be

A private bay on the Honduran Caribbean

Hotel Roatán Media Luna Resort sits on Caribe Point in Santos Guardiola, on the island of Roatán — a beachfront hideaway wrapped in tropical flora, with a private bay of crystal-clear water and coral reef just steps from shore. It's a 4-star, all-inclusive resort built for slowing down between sessions.

02 Your cabana

Somewhere to close the door and just breathe

Standalone garden-view cabins, each over 600 ft², with king or two-queen configurations, dark wood four-poster beds, and terracotta-tiled bathrooms. Every room opens onto a private balcony — several with a hammock strung up for the between-session stretch.

Traveling as a family or want extra room to spread out journals and supplements? The Bungalow Garden View connects two bedrooms — one king, two doubles — under a single thatched roof.

03 Pools & private beach

Where the day cools off

The main pool stretches 230 m², a 1.5 m-deep sweep of water that seems to merge with the bay behind it — an easy place to float after a morning of learning. A separate 50 m² circular pool, just 50 cm deep, keeps little ones splashing safely nearby.

Beyond the pool deck, a private beach opens onto the resort's own bay: calm, clear water with the reef only a short swim from shore.

04 Gathering at the table

Where our shared meals happen

The resort's all-inclusive buffet restaurant blends fresh Caribbean seafood and local flavors with international dishes — this is where our group's meals will unfold, session after session, plate after plate. Breakfast runs 7:00–9:30, lunch 12:30–14:30, and dinner 18:30–20:30, with a poolside bar open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm for something cool in between.

Fancy a change of pace? An à la carte restaurant is available for an extra charge if the group wants a special night out.

05 Move & restore

For the flexibility and conditioning crowd

The on-site gym is small but well equipped — two treadmills, two exercise bikes, free weights, yoga mats, and a bodybuilding station — enough to keep a strength or mobility routine ticking over between workshop sessions.

Each morning opens with a gentle group yoga practice to ease the body awake, and most evenings close with a slower, restorative session designed to support deep sleep — paired with a guided sound bath — one of the most talked-about parts of the days that include it. We're keeping the practitioner details close for now, but it's worth saving your energy for.

When it's time to properly unwind further, the spa offers massage and body treatments (booked separately, for an extra fee) — a fitting close to a day of hands-on nutrition learning.

06 Reef & free-time adventure

The second-largest reef on Earth, right offshore

Roatán sits on the Mesoamerican Reef — the second-largest coral reef system in the world — and the resort's certified dive partners run courses for every level, from a first look underwater to advanced certification (booked directly, extra charge).

On free afternoons, the resort's team can point you toward snorkeling trips, zip lines, Garifuna villages, and boat rides through the mangroves — as with every part of this destination workshop, all entirely optional and yours to arrange at your own pace.

08 A taste of the workshop itself

The resort sets the scene. Here's what happens once we get started.

We're keeping the day-by-day details under wraps for now — but here's a glimpse of the ground we'll cover together.

Move & breathe

Morning movement and an evening wind-down practice bookend most days — including a restorative sleep-support session with a guided sound bath. More on who's leading it soon; for now, just bring an open mind.

Learn & nourish

Bite-sized lessons connect food, biology, and everyday habits — the kind of evidence-informed nutrition education that's easy to actually use once you're home.

Rest, reset, reflect

Built-in space to slow down and let what you're learning settle in — because lasting change needs room to breathe, not just information.

Compassionate, personalized guidance Nature-first philosophy A safe, stigma-free space Evidence-informed education

See you on the sand.

That's the full walk-through — cabanas, pools, the table, the reef. Questions about the workshop itself, travel logistics, or what to pack? Reach out and we'll get you sorted before you touch down in Roatán.
